Voxio

Terms of Use

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms apply to the Voxio app for iPhone and iPad (“the app”), published by Andreas Daans, Belgium (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. What Voxio is

Voxio is a flashcard app for learning Spanish words. It goes with an online Spanish course, but you can use it on its own.

2. Free, no account

The app is free. It has no purchases, subscriptions or ads, and you don’t need an account. Your progress is saved only on your device, and you are responsible for that device. We can’t restore progress that is lost when the app is deleted or the device is replaced.

3. Learning content

The word lists, translations and audio in the app are made together with the course creator and are protected by copyright. You may use them to study in the app, but not copy, share or sell them outside it.

The audio is made with text-to-speech technology. We check the content carefully, but words, translations or recordings may still contain mistakes. Please let us know if you find one.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app. For example, don’t:

5. Changes and availability

We may update the app and its content, add or remove words, or change features at any time. We try to keep the app working well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

6. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
